"Sometimes it's good to think of not thinking at all!" does that sound weird?
Well maybe it seems so but what I mean is to stop loading your brain battery with too many thoughts till your mind blows away and explode..
Daily life is throwing away too many pressures on all of us from work load to parenting to feeling lonely and isolated and stuck in your memories box because you can't find any new brand box to fill in or you don't have enough time to, but tell you what?, part of this is our own mistake, we pretend as victims till we totally believe we are and keep stuck in our places and not move on.
Our brain receives the messages we deliver to, so if we are feeding it with negative thoughts, negative scenarios, fear, it would eventually act upon those messages. If you are trying to relax and want to fight that overthinking, then don;t hesitate to read those below recommendations:
Last but not least, Never Give up as long as you are still alive. Life is a blessing in itself, try to value this precious present.

- Don't think of tomorrow or past, just NOW
- Train your brain to stay insane: be crazy from now and then, do fun stuff you used to enjoy doing with your friends.
- Defeat your troubles by loud laughs; the smile is the miracle that defeat any disappointment
- Think of your passion: just try dig deeper for it, for sure you have one single thing you are passionate about, just spread it out to the world
- Make pause and live your life with a cause: find a cause to follow in your life, make sure you leave a legacy.
- Stop blaming yourself about the past decisions: the past is past, we are now in the present, make the best out of this moment otherwise it passes by.
- Be yourself: even if you started to feel that you are alien against others, you don't have to go with the flow if this doesn't suit you, you are special.
Last but not least, Never Give up as long as you are still alive. Life is a blessing in itself, try to value this precious present.
